Got Your Back Sista

Got Your Back Sista was established as a registered charity in 2016, with a vision to see women and their children happy, thriving and living independently after escaping the trauma of family violence.

Got Your Back Sista offers benevolent relief and support to women and children escaping domestic violence and are at risk of living below the poverty line, by giving them a hand up to begin again by providing furniture and household items to set up a safe home free from violence.

Got Your Back Sista also empowers women through courses and programs to rebuild their confidence, self-esteem, physical and emotional wellbeing and create pathways to study and employment.

The Soft Landings foundation has been proud to offer support to Got Your Back Sista via the I Run for Her awareness and fundraising campaign and monthly donations of much needed toiletries and non-perishable pantry items

Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern NSW

RMHC Northern NSW provides support via a range of programs to help families stay together and close to the care they need when a child is diagnosed with a serious illness. RMHC Northern NSW supports more than 6,000 families each year through their Houses, Family Rooms, Family Retreat, and Learning Program.

The Soft Landings foundation has been proud to offer support to RMHC in Newcastle via the annual 12 Days of Christmas fundraising campaign and the opportunity to provide meals to families via the Meals from the Heart Program, in addition to fresh food boxes when they return home from their stay at Ronald McDonald House.

Soul Hub

Soul Hub was established in 2003, originally under the banner of Soul Café. The vision was to provide a welcoming space to those who are vulnerable or struggling within the community, the doors are open to everyone – Because nobody’s perfect and anything is possible. With an average of 60,000 meals cooked and served to Guests each year, Soul’s impact is no small feat.

The Soft Landings foundation has been proud to offer support to Soul Hub with teams from Pacific International Insurance volunteering to support Soul Hub’s lunch program and monthly donations of much needed toiletries and non-perishable pantry items.
