Our purpose was inspired by a retiring church minister. When asking him to reflect on his closest experience with God, he responded with a story that gave birth to our purpose.

As an amateur glider pilot, on one occasion, he was coming in to land and experienced the wind suddenly changing direction. He knew from experience that if that happened, he’d certainly crash and die. With a deep conviction that his work on earth was not yet finished, he prayed, asking God to spare his life. In an instant, a gentle wind rose under the wings of the glider and ensured that he had a Soft Landing. It is our vision to provide a Soft Landing for clients, partners, staff, and communities.
